BTC Agro Tech will be setup as a Limited partnership as we want to invite investors into the business. This would ensure that there is limited decision making to the investors and it would benefit the investors from any losses. The business will have a few general partners with decision making powers to prevent losses for the investors and to ensure guarantee on their investments. This will provide trust to the investors and also avoid double taxation.
